IJM Brand Training Presentation

In 2021, I helped launch IJM’s re-brand as a Global Brand Coordinator, so it was exciting to return as a freelancer in 2024 to assist with a latter stage of brand integration. Several years removed from the roll-out, field comms staff working across the Africa and Europe offices were struggling to get fellow staff members to fully operate within the brand. I developed a training that I presented to comms staff for them to then utilize in their own presentations to staff members in their respective offices. I fully designed this presentation, but also created all the content, working from IJM’s existing brand book with input from IJM’s Regional Director of Communications and Marketing, Africa and Europe. Select slides shown here:

The presentation was intended to be adaptive, so staff could tweak it to suite their county office’s needs, or use the presentation as an opportunity to collaboratively hone additional region-specific brand guidelines. I created accompanying documents to help serve this function:
